Khodora Ltd was incorporated in April 2026 and works from 66 Paul Street, a short walk from Old Street roundabout. The company exists for a simple reason: too much business software is built quickly, handed over half-finished and quietly abandoned once the invoice clears.
We do the opposite. Every engagement starts with understanding how your organisation actually operates — the approvals that happen over email, the spreadsheet three people fight over, the export nobody trusts. Then we build software that removes that friction, with tests, documentation and a deployment pipeline included as standard rather than sold back to you as extras.
We stay deliberately small. Fewer projects at a time means the people who scope your system are the same people who write it, and the same people who answer the phone six months later.
Proposals specify what ships, when, and what it costs. Changes are agreed, not assumed.
Source code, infrastructure accounts and documentation are transferred to you on completion.
Work is done by Khodora engineers. We don't broker your project to a third party.

The unglamorous software that keeps a company running: stock control, staff rotas, job tracking, client portals. Replacing a shared spreadsheet with a proper system is often the highest-return project a business can commission, and it is a large part of what we do.
Connecting the systems you already pay for — accounting platforms, CRMs, payment providers, courier APIs — so data is entered once and flows everywhere it needs to. We handle authentication, rate limits, retries and the edge cases that make integrations quietly fail.

Security reviews that happen the week before launch catch very little. At Khodora, security decisions are made when the architecture is designed — because that's the only point at which they're cheap to get right.
Every service, user and API key gets the minimum permissions required — and nothing more. Credentials are stored in managed secret vaults, never in code.
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and hashed credentials using current, audited algorithms. Personal data is minimised and retained only as long as it's needed.
Automated scanning flags vulnerable packages the day advisories are published. Updates are applied on a schedule, not when something breaks.
Data-protection requirements are part of the specification, not a compliance scramble afterwards. We build audit trails, retention rules and export tooling in from day one.

Questions, answered
It varies with scope, but as a guide: small internal tools and integrations typically start around £8,000–£15,000; full web applications usually fall between £20,000 and £60,000. After a discovery conversation we provide a fixed written quote, so you'll know the exact figure before committing to anything.
Most projects run eight to sixteen weeks from kick-off to launch. Smaller integrations can be done in two to four. The proposal you receive includes a milestone timeline, and you'll see working software in a preview environment from the first week of the build.
Yes, fully. On final payment, all intellectual property in the bespoke code transfers to you, along with the repositories, infrastructure accounts and documentation. Open-source components remain under their respective licences, which we list for you.
Usually, yes. We start with a paid code audit — typically a week — which gives you an honest written assessment of the system's state and what it would cost to maintain, improve or replace it. You get that report whether or not you continue with us.
Every project includes a warranty period during which we fix defects at no charge. Beyond that, you can choose a monthly support agreement covering updates, monitoring and small changes — or take the documentation and run the system yourself. Both are genuinely fine with us.
Yes. We're based in Shoreditch and happy to meet in person around London, but most collaboration happens over video calls and shared project boards, so we work with organisations across the UK without any loss of momentum.
