Khodora Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17161279. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. Contact: info@khodora.co.uk / +44 7462 214847.
By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may view, download and print content from the Site for your own information. You must not:
- use the Site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected systems;
- introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Site's availability;
- reproduce or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Information on the Site
The content of the Site is provided for general information about Khodora and its services. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation or professional advice. Indicative figures (such as example project budgets or timelines) are illustrations only; the terms of any actual engagement are those set out in a signed written agreement.
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that its content is complete, current or error-free.
4. Services and engagements
Software development, consulting and related services are provided under a separate written agreement for each engagement, which sets out the scope of work, deliverables, fees, timelines, intellectual property arrangements and any service levels. If there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property in bespoke work transfers to the client on receipt of full payment, while pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain the property of Khodora or their respective owners.
5. Intellectual property in the Site
The Khodora name, logo and the content of this Site (excluding third-party photography, which remains subject to its own licence terms) are owned by or licensed to Khodora Ltd. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence to use our trade names or branding without our prior written consent.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss that may arise from your use of them.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, we accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of business arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. The Site is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of defects.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The "last updated" date shows when changes were most recently made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the Site.
